Forwarding of paper documents to the accountant

1. Send an e-mail to your accountant informing him/her of your wish to send documents by Itella SmartPOST or Omniva parcel service and the size of the parcel, whether XS, S or M.

2. The accountant completes the order line in Itella or Omniva self-service. Generates a parcel card. Sends you the parcel card and door code by e-mail. Adds an extra € 2.50 +km to your monthly service invoice.
3. You print out the packing card, stick it on the envelope/box of documents to be sent, go to the nearest...
3.1 Go to the Itella parcel machine and select "parcel delivery" - "business customer", enter the locker door code, put the parcel in the locker and close the door.
3.2 Go to the Omniva parcel machine and select "send parcel" - "business customer" Scan the barcode on the address card, put the parcel in the locker and close the door.

Forwarding paper documents to the client

1. After the annual accounts have been drawn up, the accountant will bring together all your original documents.
2. Specifies the location of the Itella SmartPOST locker that suits you by e-mail (you will find a list of the following. from here) where you can get the documents. Adds an extra €2.50 +km to your monthly service bill.
3. You will receive an email and SMS with the door code to open the locker. You go to the parcel machine, open the door, take the parcel.
